Feel like your life is on fast forward?
Your inbox is overflowing, your to-do list never ends and you feel like everything is happening all at once.
You want to work towards your big goals and ideas but they never get a chance to surface amongst the daily clamour of family and work life.
You want to be a good parent, but also get time to work on something that is fulfilling and achieves your long term objectives.
“They say that time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.”
— Andy Warhol
I know that having kids and running a business means there is no typical day. You might wake up with plans of making great progress on that blog post but then one of the kids gets gastro, a meeting gets moved to a time you don’t have a babysitter and your dishwasher decides to only wash the bottom shelf (like mine did this week). This is when you feel out of control and out of time.
I am here to let you know that when you get down to it, time is the only commodity that matters. You can always earn more money but you can’t ever get time back. (Something us mothers are acutely aware of as we watch our kids grow up and develop every day.)
But we also know we can’t actually manage time itself, it is an inexorable force that only Dr Who seems to be able to influence. Instead, the challenge for us is to manage our lives – how we use our days, weeks, months and years to we focus on our long term plan.

I am here to help change your perceptions about time. Many of us are caught in what seems like a “time famine” that we can’t escape, in a world where busyness is seen as the norm and often even worn as a badge of honour.
How can I help?
My name is Lisa and I am a project manager, organiser, planner and mum. I have managed big corporate website launches, team schedules and my most challenging project: being a mum and an entrepreneur. I like to determine my own direction and prioritise my tasks accordingly, but when I started my first business I had a hard time figuring out how to build momentum in a seemingly open schedule while I was pregnant. This dramatically flipped to a full and unpredictable schedule when my first child was born, and my business was in full swing. Over the years I have developed ways to manage my time that keep me in momentum no matter what is happening in my life. I am aware of of how those skills, tools and mindset play out each day to keep me creating the life I want.
For those reasons I have developed my Time Management package for mums like you. It helps you work on strategies that re-focus your priorities and creates a plan that incorporates your family, business and you to maximise happiness.
How will I help you?
Past clients of mine have:
- Developed weekly schedules that work.
- Re-prioritised their activities, to-dos and projects.
- Connected back into their main roles.
- Developed and started acting on new life goals.
- Coordinated their time scheduling tools into a system that works for them.
- Stopped struggling with constant multi-tasking.
- Set up systems that suit their personality and routines.
- Found dedicated hours to work on their business and be with their family.
- Re-written their success narratives.
- Better integrated their business into their family life.
My approach is always practical, sustainable, empowering and most of all supportive. I am that person you need to give you the space and advice to take action while holding you accountable to your goals.
What can we do together?
My Time Management package is a 3 session coaching series. It involves 3 x 60 minute sessions via Skype (1 a fortnight) that allow us to lay a solid foundation around your priorities, define new schedules and develop time management tools.
It also includes:
- Pre-coaching questionnaire and welcome package.
- Email access to me between sessions to keep things moving.
- Worksheets, resources and journal prompts as required.
Total Investment = $660 (AUD) or $220 in 3 instalments. (Note: Full upfront payments, as opposed to instalments, will be awarded a 10% discount off the total package).
But before we have a coaching series I always like to have a chat first. That way you get to know me and understand how my coaching works, and I get to understand what you need and if I am the right coach for you.
